Can You Imagine Maud Robinson Under Oath?

This site firmly establishes the Windover Heights Historic District as a fraud. Disagree? Watch this rambling diatribe from Council Member Maud Robinson:

The Vienna Town Code, the law that governs the Historic District, does not speak to "flights of fancy". It doesn't mention "Victorian". The code doesn't say that when you want to justify new construction to run off to the library for "rules". Robinson knows that every word she utters is baseless. She knows she is making it all up. She knows the Windover Heights Historic District makes no reference to the age or character of the structures within the District's boundary. That still doesn't stop Robinson from manipulation and deception. Can you imagine Robinson under oath?
