Both incidents happened around 7:30 p.m. During the first incident a woman, 39, reported she had been walking on the connector trail from Nottaway Park to the Metro station when a man passed her on the trail, then turned around and grabbed her shorts from behind. The woman said she screamed and ran, and the man fled. The woman was not injured. A second woman, 32, also called police that day and reported that she had been walking on Country Creek Road just past Shawn Leigh Court near the Vienna Metro Station when a man came up behind her and groped her. She said she yelled at him, and he fled. She was not injured. The man in both cases has been described as a dark-skinned male, between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 7 inches tall, and about 160 pounds.
