Syd Verinder Resigns Effective October 1, 2006; Dan Dellinger Appointed; Paul Layer Rejected

Syd Verinder resigns Vienna Town Council effective October 1, 2006. We have learned that Daniel Dellinger will replace him. Vienna can rest easy that the sock puppet Paul Layer, a historic district crony, was not inserted.

Interesting. Dellinger ran for Council and lost the same year Paul Layer ran for Council and lost. However, Layer got more votes than Dellinger! Maybe Paul should have put more of that bright red lipstick on his political sock.
