Time to Fire Vienna Zoning Inspector Frank Simeck

Frank Simeck, residing at 201 Courthouse Road in Vienna, is a zoning inspector for the Town of Vienna. Simeck, who many in Vienna have had unpleasant experiences with, is a hot head always aiming to pick a fight. Vienna does not need loose cannons acting like God.

The Town of Vienna has a full-time Zoning Technician who investigates zoning related problems and issues. His name is Frank Simeck, and he can be reached by phone (preferred) at (703)255-6348 or by e-mailing the Zoning Technician Please include your name, address, phone number, violation address and the details of why this may be a zoning violation.

The following are some of the complaints that the Zoning Technician can investigate:

Construction / renovation without a permit.
Changing the use of a building.
Improper placement / posting of signs, banners, poster, notices, flyers.
Additions, alterations, replacement, or relocation of any plumbing, mechanical, or electrical systems.
Vehicles improperly stored on private property.

Hey, Frank, the Town Zoning Inspector: Go inspect the old 7-11 near Steve Bukont's house and tell us why Bukont's home business is allowed to turn that property into his construction company property yard in violation of Town home business license AND zoning code? Or did Bukont build you a house, too?

Update: Bukont cleared his 7-11 property yard and cut the grass first thing Monday morning. Thank you, Town of Vienna. The neighborhood looks better already, except he probably just spread that material around on his other lots, so he's still violating his home business license... Frank, inspect the BFR garage workshop on Bukont's rental property across from his house on Glyndon.

Big problems arise for Green Hedges neighbors. They again want to expand their facilities. Can't the town say enough is enough? Wednesday, February 28 Planning Commission meeting @ 8:00. Come on out and support no growth for Green Hedges, finally!
