Arthur "Chad" Bishop Appointed to Windover Heights Board of Review

We welcome Arthur "Chad" Bishop to the Windover Heights Board of Review. Chad Bishop is the one finally found to replace Steve Bukont. We can't wait to see his "historic" qualifications.

Just remember Chad, if they act up at the meetings, just call 'em 'fucking morons' like I did. Town Council could care less what you say to these people. Remember Maud trained us all to act like God, don't let her down!
