About Face. Forward March. The Big Jane Flip Flop

We just got word that the letter in question denied by Jane Seeman is now ready to be picked up at Town Hall. Apparently, the original phony baloney legal reason to deny the public seeing the letter...disappeared overnight. As Gomer Pyle would say, surprise, surprise, surprise.

And to think... Mayor Jane Seeman would have had the last word if it were not for this site... I think this website is keeping them honest. I applaud this site. I hope you guys keep up the good work. Where can I send donations, and can I advertise on this site?

Amazing, Town Attorney Briglia advises Jane and Maud not to release the letter yesterday. Today it can be released. WHY SUCH POOR LEGAL ADVICE? Remember Briglia is former member of the Town Council. Briglia resigned from Council during his last election campaign. He waited to announce his resignation until the filing date was over to ensure that the two candidates who were on the ballot had no competition. Then the job for Town Attorney was not ADVERTISED. No other candidates were given serious interviews. Remember, this a TWO DAY a week job that pays $150,000 a year.

How many other TOWN EMPLOYEES are paid this well. If I made that kind of money, I would tell Jane and Maud anything they wanted to hear to cover their behinds and that's what happened yesterday.

WHY SUCH POOR LEGAL ADVICE?

Maybe he was off that day?

It was also poor political advice... similar to the Windover Heights Historic District defense... wait until you see the size of that flip flop coming! The Town's veil of secrecy, privilege, and elitism will inevitably fall. Look at how quickly this flip flop defused contention. The sooner the self-serving realize this, the better for all of us. If they won't dismantle the dynasty, then us voters will. Defeat Maud Robinson! It's time for a current generation of leadership in Vienna!
