Catalyst for Change
Some good news. Apparently, that letter has served as a catalyst for the Vienna Town Council to begin anew. They will now take up the letter and its ideals at their next work session. Then the Planning Commission will take it up. One letter = ship turns in possible new direction.

I remember what happened the last time we had a work session and there was a glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel. All they did was pay a lot of lip service to the people who were there with new ideas, and was anything ever done? No, the town paid a consulting company a mere pittance so that the TOV could pretend to be interested in something Maud will never have any interest in pursuing. If anything comes out of the meeting, it will be just a repeat of the last meeting to placate the usual suspects, because we let them get away with this because we continue to vote these narrow-minded and ancient ideologues into office. THEY MUST GO. They are not good for Vienna.

The TC only initiates some sort of change ONLY when they get caught? What happened to that $10,000 dollars we spent on the Maple Ave Vision Project?

I AGREE WITH "CHANGE? GET REAL". IT'S TIME FOR MAUD & JANE TO GO!

"...IT'S TIME FOR MAUD & JANE TO GO!"
You think so?
So do I, but apparently, the majority of the 927 people, out of 35,000, that actually do "VOTE" don't agree with us!

OK, that's nice. Advertising that there will be live music on that area. On the surface, that sounds like fun. Good thing they built the outhouse.
And these people will park, where?
Oh, the church will let them park in their lot?
Maybe Safeway can open their lot?
True visionaries, our leaders.
Helen Keller was a better visionary!
