David Lanphear Is the New Crony on Commercial ARB
The newest member of the Communist based Commercial Architectural Review Board is David Lanphear (PDF). Would it surprise anyone that he is part of the Historic Vienna, Inc. charade headed by Laine Hyde? Dave, do you have your red lipstick ready? You will need to apply that liberally to kiss Maud's a**.
Better yet what is the relationship between Sarah Jane Brady and David K. Lanphear? She is on the Board of Directors of Historic Vienna Inc. Is that what is left in Vienna? Losers who pretend this community is historic willing to do anything ole Maudite tells them to do? Pathetic.

Again, what kind of buffoons are we getting to fill these spots? Looking at this resume, makes me think he is adept in writing a lot of fluff to fill pages... I mean, bragging about letters from the Historic Vienna, Inc is a bit silly, isn't it? I guess the fact that this resume is so fluffy bespeaks the fact that the person is likewise unimportant...I mean, he would look better if he added that he was a 3 time semi-finalist in the publishers clearing house sweepstakes. I mean get a life! You should look at the pages submitted for real posts like the Fairfax County positions, a world of difference.

I guess I now know why he was selected: He got the High Satisfaction Customer Service Award and high ratings for some of his projects... sounds like a Monty Python skit or a SNL skit... I mean, what a bunch of fluff... I guess we won't see the low satisfaction reports unless we call his bosses, will we? He should fit in well with Chuckie Anderson... maybe they can wear the same uniform when the show up at work... what a bunch of swell guys... a little too sweet for my interests, if you know what I mean. VIENNA, GET A LIFE!

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't another person who lived in the district get removed because they lived in the district? I thought neighbors were not allowed to rule on neighbors?

David Lanphear was added to the Commercial ARB. Frank your comment is directed to the Windover Heights Historic Review Board. Yes, Laine Hyde, a resident in the historic district, silently left that Board a few years ago when it was pointed out to the Mayor. This new appointment of Chuck Anderson is an act of aggression designed to throw gasoline on the fire. That's the Mayor of Vienna's style of leadership.

David was appointed to the BAR because he lives in a BUKONT house. He needs no further qualifications. Ask Laurie Cole how much MONEY she made off HER arrangement with MR. BUKONT. Steve and Laurie look out for their buddies.
