David Miller Deserves Applause on This One
We wrote recently about the Planning Commission meeting to consider changing the Town Code to essentially give Steve Bukont a big gift. At the second meeting they voted against recommending that the Council change the code. Nice job. David Miller deserves a round of applause for changing directions. We do note that Laurie DiRocco was not there for this vote.

The planning commission is the only board in Vienna with any consistent integrity. Keep up the good work, and stick to what is right and fair.

I have to agree with "frustrated citizen too". I do believe the Planning Commission tries very hard to do what is right. However, George Creed, has a different feeling. He is one that is a great friend of Maud and tends to do anything she wants or what the town wants.

I wholeheartedly agree with "frustrated" about George Creed. Fortunately though there are more admirable people to balance his backward thinking. It is sad that there are so many placed people on these boards to fulfill Maud's wishes. Some people will do anything to get a little slice of perceived power.
