That over-sized building now blocks the sun from reaching the house and yard next to it. That poor guy got screwed... he now gets to sit in his shady, muddy yard and listen to cars driving in and out to five garages.

If someone else, those silt fences and the buried tree would not be allowed to exist like that. That's not even getting to the 4-story exception...

When they did the new house next to me I got all kinds of special grading. It's who you know you bunch of complainers!

Lets see if TOV Holly Chu at Public Works will enforce all of the site and grading plan violations. Maybe Bukont is building a house for her.

Town Green I don't know how the people will be driving cars who live there. Have you seen the narrow access to the garage area, especially in the end unit. Mopeds are going to be more like it. But I suppose they will be happy because they are living in a "Bukont" house. I do wonder too how that guy next door feels, or does he believe living in a Bukont" is still "the greatest?"

The beauty of this project is that only a Mini Cooper could navigate the driveway and turn into a garage. (This is is even less accessible than his Church St. building.) By discouraging larger cars and SUVs, Steve B. is just doing his part to keep our town green!

He's the BEST!! Only profit and equality for some!

With the town government vision of pedestrian-shopping these stalls, called garages, will make excellent shops.

I agree, the driveway access is insufficient and a likely nuisance. One wrong move risks taking out a piece of the building, like some of Bukont's other constructs. Perhaps the tenants will be seniors content to walk to the stores. Good luck to them when their entrances on that shady side of the building ice up should we ever see a normal winter around here again. And good luck to them trying to cross the street where the Town does absolutely NOTHING to alleviate the traffic at that difficult intersection... an intersection that will get even worse when the Park Street strip mall expands across it with all of its special exceptions. They should put a traffic signal there now, imo.
But hey, at least he finally poured a concrete driveway! Which should hold up better when they have to plow it clear. I wonder where they'll pile all that snow... there's not enough space in the driveway nor on the property. Something to look forward to... Bukont dumping that entire driveway load of snow out on Locust Street. Should be quite a site. Typical Bukont.

Last Saturday night, at approximately 8:45pm, I turned the corner on Locust and almost hit some Hispanic men and a huge truck, sitting in the dark, halfway blocking the road. NO LIGHTS, and NOBODY DIRECTING TRAFFIC.
This is not the first time I've seen one of Bukont's construction crews - comprised of what I can only assume are illegal aliens - working in pitch black darkness, while blocking roads in Vienna.
Where are the police? Where are the zoning people? Where is ICE? Somebody is going to get hit by a vehicle and die from this -- and those who survive will be devasted. However, Steve Bukont will wiggle out from any responsibility, I'm sure.
HOW MANY "SPECIAL" FAVORS IS STEVE BUKONT GOING TO GET? WHO HAS THE GUTS TO STOP HIM? WAKE UP VIENNA. WE HAVE A PROBLEM HERE!

I like the CAUTION warning on picture 1!

Now that is one dead tree. I hope Green Hedges School will hold a bake sale to help Bukont pay for his violation. Maybe we could get a deal from Bukont to build the new addition to the school.

You all are just a bunch of complainers - we'd be a bunch of nobodies in a nobody town without Steve!
Long live King Bukont!

You Vienna people are soooooo stupid. Can't you smell a payoff when you're staring right down its nose?
Good for you Bukont, you know how to use (abuse) the system without getting caught.
I guess when you build houses for a majority of the council-&-committee members, you get what you want, and to hell with the honest builders in the TOV.

Do you really, really think that Frank will do anything that will put his food dish in jeopardy? Whether he knows what he is doing is illegal or not is not the issue now. What is the issue is whether or not he sticks with Maud and Bukont until the end.

I attended the Council meeting when the final site plan for these 40 ft town houses were approved including the "For" vote by Seeman. In the previous agenda item liar Jane had extensive comments about the horrors regarding townhouses notwithstanding that the issue before her was the color (or lack thereof) of a fence. Her nose grows longer and longer and her tummy grows more and more yellow for failing to stand up to Maud.
