If Vienna takes no action to deal with traffic and safety in the next few years, what will Vienna soon be like? Where is this mythical small Town? Look at Saturday afternoon gridlock over every square inch of Maple Avenue. We clearly have a huge problem. While Vienna touts the same population of 15,000 for the last twenty years, it is clear that the daily Vienna population is swelling by factors of many times that. What is the plan to keep up with that kind of population increase? Just bury our head in the sand?

How unusual, it's not like the Mayor or TC to not respond to us lowly citizens?!

You're so right. Maple Ave. is a flat out nightmare on most mornings and weekends. I hate to even go across town for fear of being stuck on Rt.123. Parking lots are overrun, grocery store's (e.g. Vienna Giant) are constantly packed, it's a zoo! It certainly isn't going to get any better as Tyson's explodes. What are our representatives doing? Changing the timing of the traffic lights isn't going to cut it!
