Does Maud Even Know What A Gang Is?

This guy was my neighbor, as are all the other [gang] gang members and their "friends" who hide out at the Vienna Park Apartments and the Cedar Park Shopping center.

We appreciate the efforts of the Vienna Police officers (who are still underpaid) in trying to keep a lid on it all. Every night, police cars race down my part of Patrick to get to those apartments or shopping center. However, unless we go down there ourselves, we rarely know what happened, because it's not on the Town Web site.

Here's an example: Two weeks ago, 4 cars raced down the street to the apartments. I got in the car and went down there. When I saw officers with their guns drawn and flashlights out looking for someone, I left. This never made the crime report or the newspaper.

And Maud does know that [gang] is here, but she'll deny it till her dying day.

Perhaps we can persuade Mother Maud to tear down the Vienna Park apartments and leave the Vienna Inn alone.
