I don't get the cheers & clapping when it's obvious something was going wrong. You could hear the people saying "That's not right" several times.

Best guess is those taking the film did not immediately know people were injured. Some knew fast, maybe others didn't. Not sure it is a fair critique to imply those folks in video were wishing ill will.
