I've seen that poor homeless woman in the Vienna library. Like many homeless people, she uses it to stay safe & warm during the day. also to have access to a clean bathroom & free newspapers. In the evenings, she tends to go to hearings at the town hall, where you'll find her ranting incoherently.

That's not a homeless person, that's Mayor Seeman in the Madison Homecoming Parade... She doesn't like to smile, does she? She looks downright mean to the core.
I wonder why Maud allows her to where such bright red clothes...maybe she forgot about the rules against bright red colors in Vienna...

This is one clown that should leave. She's so out of touch, she doesn't even realize that Maud has been pulling her strings for years. She has no spunk, no get up and go, and absolutely no passion for leadership. Puppet head, she's great at. While Rome is falling all around: dead Town Brown Trees, cracked or inadequate sidewalks, small businesses being run out of Vienna, Banks buying up all the prime real estate with no help to Vienna, gas stations at every corner (you would think we are owned by the oil cartel) McMansions being built of the likes that would make a Dubai prince giddy, traffic congestion so thick, the gas stations are a blessing, politics so crooked, Maud has to resort to rigging small town elections to insure she gets re-elected to reign over her beloved Town Brown, [gang] setting up shop here, simply because Maud says they aren't a problem here, and that's that (getting the picture, yet), a town so fractured between what Vienna was and what The TC is blind as to where it is headed, but still holding onto the misguided belief that we are still a small town and not a pass-through hand me down from Tysons Corner, back rooms political deals whereby TC politicians like Cole and Seeman get sweetheart deals from big time developers like Bukont, and no-one bats an eye, no one really cares, the largest church in the area (VPC) pushes it's weight around with their developement, and things get done and could this have anything to do with the fact that several TC members belong to the same compound?, a historic district gone so awry that old busybuddy volunteers and fake historians pretend to preserve our towns history by taking your tax dollars, ignore our laws, and play in their club house on our dime, simply because we let them, free press being so "outlawed" that this website has been the only avenue to get a peek into the inane and unlawful acts of our town bullies, simply because our fluff writing editorialists like Trompeter, who by the way, could not write his way out of a comic strip if his life depended on it, all for a town spirit that has been divorced from small town charm, but like an abused spouse, it keeps coming back, and repeat after me, there's no place like home, there's no place like home, there's no place like home... and finally realizing, we don't have possession of the requisite ruby slippers, because Mad Maud hates the color red.
It's no wonder this town is so schizo. I don't know about you, but I like Vienna despite all this damned stuff, and I thank God we have the right to get a real look at the other side of our activists if for no other reason, to have something to be happy about when I see the welcome to Vienna sign in my rear view window everytime I drive to places that offer me a real small town charm and good wholesome community spirit, and good hearted neighbors, something that has all been executed in our small congested little town by the giant.
What do you want me to do, asks James Bond to Auric Goldfinger, "I expect you to die, Bond" might be your response after reading this post... but I say:
The hell with that nonsense, let's vote this lot of creatures out and get a new life in Vienna, one we can all agree and live with, and not some make believe head in the sand future with God only knows where we got derailed...
anyway, back to my coffee.
Stupid is as stupid does... and Seeman really takes the cake.

Lighten up everyone. Queen Jane is just playing charades here. Sounds like "broad". Must be "Maud".

Jeez! When I first saw these pictures, I didnt read the story under them, so I thought that someone had confronted this woman and she freaked out LOL ((thats what she looks like she is doing)).
Red is a very unbecoming color for her. Then again, she is an unbecoming "member" of this town and society.

Mayor Seeman response to crime, gang violence and overcrowding at the Vienna Park apartments:
"I believe we’re pretty much on top of this."
