Red Lips? Not in Our Town Maud!
Recently the Town of Vienna lead by Maudasaurus tore down the one and only structure in the Town that was certified "historic". Even though the structure is GONE, Maud the fraud recently organized a ceremony at the location where the building used to stand to "celebrate" the building's memory (we could not make this up). Of course, Maud was her usual happy-go-lucky self:
Long after you are gone Maud this website will serve as the true testament to your abuse of power and idiotic public policy.

I know that this post will cause many caustic or humorous responses, but please, I want to be serious for a moment.
Recently, I've seen Maud acting even more strangely than usual. I'm wondering if perhaps she has dementia or Alzheimer's. Does the Town have some procedures in place to deal with a Town Council member who is mentally incapacitated and cannot fulfill their term?

This serious issue was discussed on the tube tonight. Estelle Getty of Golden Girls fame has dementia.

From the Town Code--I didn't read through the whole thing, but this seems to say that we are stuck with Mad Maud for the time being.....
Sec. 9.2 Continuation of Present Officers in Office
The present elected officers of the Town shall be and remain in office until expiration
of their several terms, and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified.

Pontificator, read some more. It ain't so. If Maud "quits" it will be orchestrated to occur at a time when Council can appoint a person of their choice who thereafter usually wins their first election bid for Council seat as an incumbent.

Who is going to reign her in? She has no family.

No family? On the contrary. WE all are her family. She is "Mother Maud" to all of us who frequent this site. Let US all rein her in--on Election Day.
