Beulah Road Benefit?
Now that Beulah Road is near completed can anyone explain what the benefit was to having the road in shambles for 9 months plus? We are sure Seeman and the Saurus will show up to cut a ribbon soon, but isn't basic road work supposed to be their job not an accomplishment to crow about?

Beulah Road is a dismal joke. A two lane road feeding into a four lane highway. Where will the disabled cars and police stops occur? Where is the bicycle lane? I think it would be appropriate to rename Beulah: "John Stockton Boulaevard".

Now that it's nearly done, the overhead powerlines are more visible than before--pointing out how inept the town leadership was in not negotiating a deal to bury those ugly, obsolete lines. what a shame.

It is sad.
We are sure that to people unfamiliar with this site that the language used to describe political leaders is jarring, but these people are rejects of the highest order. The evidence is nonstop.

I thought the point of the construction was to straighten Beulah (however slightly), and add/improve sidewalks. Looks like the job is done. Shouldn't the Vienna sidewalk lobby be thrilled about this progress?
And when Maud and Jane are gone, will you all just shut up already?

After all of this work, there are still no sidewalks from Ayr Hill to Church and there is even a missing piece from Church to Maple Avenue on the west side of Beulah even though you have to cross over to the west side of Beulah in order to cross Maple at the crosswalk.

Yes Beulah Road is near completion in the style of the selfish NE Vienna residents. Save the trees? Let's watch and see how many trees will be planted along Beulah Road by the residents.
