Can Someone Go Film This?

From the Town web site:

On Thursday, April 10, Beulah Road, N.E., was reopened to two-way traffic from Maple Avenue to the town limit, following lane striping which lasted until 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Final inspections are due to be completed April 16, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the reopening will be held at 11 a.m. April 29.

Can someone film the dinosaurs cutting their ribbon?
