HistoricVienna.com is "THE" Town of Vienna, Virginia 22180 blog and political must read destination. Forget the party line spin of local newspapers, this is the destination for honest and blunt insight on all Town of Vienna, Virginia issues. Our site is read daily by every Vienna Council Member (like Jane Seeman and Maud Robinson), Town Board Member and Town employee, but none will ever admit it!
This site was originally started to document the inconsistencies within the Windover Heights Historic District. A quick synopsis of Vienna, Virginia "historic" politics.

Looking at the pictures above, makes me wonder if any of these bafoons ever have any nice thought in their heads, why do they always complain about life?
If Maud is the Wicked Witch of Vienna, who is the wizard that is going to save us?
Or do we just poor water on her? Will she melt?
Does she have flying monkeys? Are the flying monkeys her Maudettes?
Maybe this picture (The Green Witch) is why she really dotes over her Town Green...
We have chosen to have these Incurable Malcontents run the town of Vienna, what a very scary thought. Wouldn't it be nice, especially when this town needs some sort of cohesiveness, that we have someone running the town with a little more heart, courage, and brains? Sounds like the lion, the scare-crow, and the tin man... Vienna politics is severely lacking in all three: brains, compassion, and courage.

What a happy bunch! I thought this was small town happyville?? In all honesty it is pretty evident that the only way they keep their power is to divide people; otherwise who would vote for this?

I think the witch looks less menacing.

Who is the woman that Maude is pointing at? It certainly doesn't look like a friendly exchange!

It is highly unfair (to the Wicked Witch of the West, that is) to compare that scene from the Wizard of Oz to Maud's finger-pointing episode.

LOL!
Wow, I thought I was unphotogenic. Jeez.
Its funny how Maud gets all upset about such petty things. She should be careful, she might have a heart attack.

Anyone who has the nerve, no matter what the conversation, to wag a finger in someone else's face is obnoxious.
But, I think we all know by now that Maud is about as couth as Homer Simpson. Doh!

Since the town officials are hosting this historic event shouldn't they be dressed in period clothing? Pretty shabby otherwise.

Heard the news today? Man wags finger at wife. Wife bites off finger. Wife believed to have swallowed finger
