Don't Make Seeman Work Hard. Don't You People Know Better?

A response from Seeman to Vienna resident:

The letter from Judicial Watch offered suggestions and comments and did not require an answer. Chief of Police Carlisle is meeting with the Cedar Lane Shopping Center management at which time citizens' safety concerns will be discussed. The Town has met with the Center's management previously with satisfactory outcomes. These issues are addressed on a regular basis I suggest that if you need further information about the suggestions offered by Judicial Watch, you contact Chief Carlisle at rcarlisle@viennava.gov or 703-255-6390. M. Jane Seeman, Mayor Town of Vienna, 703-255-6310, mayor@viennava.gov.

“The Town has met with the Center's management previously with satisfactory outcomes”… TOO WHOM? Seeman, Carsile or Schoeberlein??? Trust me, these town officials do not live anywhere near this community problem, AKA Cedar Lane Shopping Center, and they could give a rats behind how YOU AND YOUR FAMILY HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS NONSENSE!!! Seeman’s comments are yet another in a calculated effort to placate the citizens of SE/SW Vienna into residing to the fact that they must live in fear and degradation of their homes and neighborhoods. Rather than fight for the long-term tax paying Vienna CITIZENS, it is the policy of these officials to make every attempt to deny there is well-established public safety threat to the community. Illegal activity is just that, ILLEGAL ACTIVITY!!! And, siding with those who commit illegal activities will always be a losing strategy to the legal citizens of Vienna. It’s a sad state of affairs when your elected government officials abandon their neighbors.

Mayor McSpeed Bump is at it again. She thinks all the worlds problems are solved by installation of a "Speed Hump".

Why don't they install them on the Beltway. People also drive too fast there.

If you loose all that revnue from speeding tickets how you going to pay for more Harley's?

Why dosn't she ever ask the residents "So what were you thinking when you purchased a house on that busy street? Do you think they priced it low because of the traffic and speeding in front of your home"
