The Cedar Lane Babysitter: TOV

According to Fairfax County Tax Database records, GRI Cedar Park LLC owns the Cedar Park Shopping Center. Anyone knows who the true ownership of this community nightmare is??? I'd like to ask them what exactly the neighbors of the shopping center did to them for them to be such disrespectful and unconscionable landlords to allow all the negative elements to thrive on their property. Is this all-about-the-money? Is the town government so entrenched with the greed of the tax revenue from the Cedar Park Shopping Center that they consciously forsake the safety and well being of the families living near-by so as to appease Southern Management Corp. (owners of the Vienna Park Apartments) and GRI Cedar Park? All we ever hear from town officials is how wonderful the cooperation is between the town and SMC and GRI. Makes you wonder whose interest the town government has in mind when it comes public safety. Seems what is needed is a LOT MORE GOVERNING AND A LOT LESS COOPERATION.

Details:An officer on patrol encountered a 6-year old boy who said he could not find his mother. The officer took the boy home. The mother returned home around 10 p.m. and was subsequently charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She is Barbarita Torres, 47, 307 George St., S.W., Vienna.

Apparently, operating a safe AND LEGAL motor vehicle is not much of a concern for the residents of 307 George St., SW, Vienna. BTW, seems the homeowners, Arancibia & Dalenz, have Ms. Torres living there as a “relative”.
