According to one neighbor, the people involved in the fight had something to do with a party at a near-by residence. It would be interesting to know if alcohol was being served to teens or if the parents/homeowners were aware of what was going on.

Considering that its Vienna, and it was a bunch of teens, yes there was alcohol involved.

Teenagers dont have parties where alcohol isnt served.
