Roy Baldwin Defeated: Machine Member Tossed Aside

Now that the voters have sent Roy Baldwin back to humping divorce cases -- everyone can take a deep breath that one of Vienna's biggest losers will not be our State delegate. Internet the point was that if Baldwin was deemed someone to be anointed to Vienna Town Council, he would be on VTC right now (like Springsteen, etc.). For those who do not know Baldwin is a loyal Maud/Jane grunt who sits on the Vienna ARB now -- which means he can always be "picked" by the machine from the bench for a VTC position. But Roy Boy had to run outside the machine and got defeated by an Islamic fanatic.

I'm still trying to figure out how "I've lived in Vienna and run a business in Oaklton for 30 years" constitutes a campaign platform.
