Arrests: Prostitution, Receiving Money from a Prostitute’s Earnings
200 Block Cedar Lane, SE June 11A suspicious individual was observed by Detective Sheeran and interviewed. The investigation revealed that the individual was delivering a call girl for prostitution. Detective Sheeran located the girl and arrested them both. Marcos Vincicio Guardado Baires, 25, of 24th Avenue in Hyattsville, Maryland was charged with Receiving Money from a Prostitute’s Earnings. Ely D. Carela, 29, of Perth Amboy, New Jersey was charged with Prostitution. Both individuals were transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

I appreciate the police putting this arrest item in their report. This crime demonstrates active sex trafficking, and speaks to how entrenched prostitution is at the Vienna Park Apartments and Cedar Park Shopping Center.

Get in a vehicle as a passenger and TAKE A GOOD LOOK as you s-l-o-w-l-y drive up and down Maple Avenue. You can't drive up Maple Avenue any other way but s-l-o-w-l-y can you?
Most of Vienna's wonderful architecture is (or will be) wonderful places for pimps n hoes to do their thing.
