I'd vote "None of the Above". Pretty sure it's not Councilman Lovelace.

Also pretty sure and vote for No Vienna Council Person. I Googled "Angry Baby Photo", and this exact same pic came up on my screen-

So, I say this is a simple, transferable, free download stock photo.

This "Angry Baby" is not a former photo of anyone sitting on the Vienna Town Council.

PS- Since I guessed this correctly, do I get a coupon for free Dogs and a Beer at the Inn? Don't want the Beer Cred, but may want to trade that for an extra Dog...

Not to mention the fact the picture is in color...pretty sure their baby pics are all in B/W.

BTW - Why has this site become so lazy? Of the 20 current threads half are taken from other news sites, mostly Sun Gaz. Another 6 are just one-liners. What gives? Not exactly "THE must read." I apparently can get that elsewhere.
